Todd Fisher - CEO
MobileMD's founder and Chief Executive Officer, Todd Fisher, has been leading and participating in the development of mission-critical software for the financial services and healthcare industries for over 18 years. During this time, Mr. Fisher developed the idea for extending mission critical information access to platform independent web-browsers and pioneered technology for web-enabling enterprise-wide information/business process management and repositories in the financial services and healthcare industries. Todd has served as Director of Professional Services for LanVision, Inc., and Manager of Clinical Document Systems for the Schering-Plough Research Institute. Mr. Fisher is a graduate of the State University of New York and a formerly served on active duty as an officer in the US Army's Special Forces.

Jeff Fisher - EVP, Product Management and Client Outreach
MobileMD's co-founder and EVP, Product Management and Client Outreach, Jeff Fisher, has led the successful deployment of multiple web-based business processing systems for numerous distinguished healthcare services companies, including  HealthPort (formerly Smart Corporation), Medquist, and CGI (formerly AMS).  Most recently, Mr. Fisher has been engaged with strategic product management and operations oversight for MobileMD's Health Information Exchange, including implementation oversight of several prestigious MobileMD clients including Main Line Health, Pinnacle Health, and South Jersey Healthcare.  Previous to joining MobileMD, Mr. Fisher worked as Director of Project Engineering at Altair Aerospace Corp where he led all deployments of Altair's Mission Control System product for government customers, including NASA, the U.S. Air Force, the Naval Research Laboratory and commercial clients such as Boeing and Computer Sciences Corp. Mr. Fisher is a graduate of Holy Cross College and was also an officer in the United States Air Force serving as a Launch Controller responsible for launching billion dollar government satellites.

John Skinner - EVP, Sales and Marketing
In 2005, John Skinner assumed the role as EVP, Sales and Marketing for MobileMD.  John has a long track record of success selling mission critical technology solutions. From 1988-1992, he sold Kodak's Business Imaging Systems product to Citicorp, Chase Manhattan and other large financial institutions. He has worked for Eastman Kodak, General Electric Medical Systems, LanVision and Healtheon Corporation. From 1993-1998, John served as a key sales executive with LanVision, during which time he sold LanVision Systems to major healthcare institutions such as Albert Einstein Health System, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Beth Israel Medical Center (NYC), Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Texas Health Resources, and Children's Medical Center of Dallas. Additionally, he was instrumental in creating LanVision's Image-enabling strategies with Cerner Corporation, Oacis and IDX.

Ralph Arcaro - EVP, Operations
Prior to joining MobileMD as EVP, Operations, in 2009, Mr. Arcaro managed and supported complex mission critical projects for over 20 years, including the successful deployment of an exceptionally advanced grid-enabled valuation analytics software solution for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.  Mr. Arcaro served as a Project Manager and Senior Systems Engineer for the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board for 8 years. While serving in that capacity, Mr. Arcaro was responsible for nuclear safety oversight of 13,000 employees and nearly 1 billion dollars in annual nuclear clean-up projects. Mr. Arcaro was hand picked by five Presidentially-appointed Board members to be one of only two site representatives at the Department of Energy's Hanford Nuclear Reservation -- the largest and most radiologically contaminated former nuclear weapons site in the country. Mr. Arcaro is a 1985 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and has served six years of active duty as a nuclear trained U.S. Naval Officer.

Greg Brock - CTO
During his tenure at MobileMD, Greg has guided the technology direction of the organization, assuming the senior technologist role, instrumental to bringing the MobileMD Health Information Exchange from concept to market.  Prior to his work on the MobileMD HIE, Mr. Brock personally led the architecture, design and development for Smart Document Corporation's enterprise Release of Information system -- one of the largest distributed document capture and processing systems in the country. Mr. Brock has been designing and developing mission critical computer systems for over 20 years. From 1987 to 1994 Mr. Brock served as a Senior Software Engineer for Lockheed Space Operations where he oversaw the Guidance, Navigation and Flight Controls group at the Kennedy Space Center where his responsibilities included developing the real-time Command, Control and Monitoring ground checkout software used to test the on-board guidance, navigation and flight control systems of the NASA Space Shuttle. From 1994 to 1999 Mr. Brock served as a Senior Systems and Software Engineer with Xetron Corporation's Government Services Group where he was responsible for the development of secure communications systems for several government agencies.

Neal Pason - CIO
Mr. Pason has over 15 successful years experience in information security and information technology system architecture design and management.  Since joining MobileMD, Mr. Pason has led the efforts to further integrate Internet technology into both the corporate long-term strategy and its immediate business plans while maintaining cost effectiveness and security.  As MobileMD's CIO, he has been responsible for the primary data center as well as the disaster recovery site, providing essential services to MobileMD clients across the country.  Neal's security savvy is a critical component to MobileMD's ability to ensure adherence to industry regulatory requirements pertaining to data management, standards, patient privacy and information security.   Mr. Pason is accredited as a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer.  Prior to joining MobileMD, Mr. Pason was responsible for managing over 30 million dollars in assets that provided real-time intelligence information for the U.S. Army and has recorded over 700 pilot-in-command flight hours within imminent danger zones.  Mr. Pason is a 1993 graduate of the United States Military Academy and has served seven years of active duty as a trained U.S. Army Aviation Officer within the Military Intelligence community.
